The best places to find dinosaur bones, based on proximity of space and time are 1) sedimentary rocks, 2) correct time period holding dinosaur bones, 3) Terrestrial rocks, 4) road cuts, 5) water falls, 6) badlands.
Because dinosaurs are moving and required water to live, many of the artifacts are located near river systems, desserts, and marshes where water deposits and clay; preserved the bone structure.
Finding dinosaur can be fun, given the ocean plates are moving while drawling up new and unreachable skeletons; become visible to the eyes of sunlight, upon being covered under the earth for millions of years.
